TradeLink eligibility
Affiliate Eligibility and Data-Sharing Notice
Version 2026-07-24-v2 · Last updated 24 July 2026
1. The service
TradeLink may be supplied under an affiliate or exclusivity arrangement. Membership alone does not guarantee an active licence. Current eligibility, required legal acknowledgement, activation authorisation and the absence of a blocking suspension or revocation may also be required.
2. Parties and roles
NetLabs.club controls the NetLabs account, membership and licence records. The relevant affiliate normally controls its own customer and eligibility records. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, each acts as an independent controller for its own purposes and is responsible for its own legal obligations.
3. Purposes
Information may be exchanged to verify initial and continuing eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent access, administer activation and licences, honour exclusivity arrangements, investigate misuse, resolve support or eligibility disputes, secure systems and maintain audit evidence.
4. Data categories
- Name, email and account reference.
- Affiliate or external eligibility reference.
- Trial, paid membership and relevant payment status.
- TradeLink licence, activation and lifecycle status.
- Verification dates, expiry and result.
- Necessary fraud, abuse, security or exclusivity indicators.
- Support, appeal and review information needed for a case.
5. Lawful basis
Processing needed to provide affiliate-restricted TradeLink is based on performance of the requested service contract. Fraud prevention, system security, audit and proportionate exclusivity enforcement may rely on the legitimate interests of NetLabs.club and the affiliate. Legal claims and regulatory requests may rely on legal obligation or legitimate interests. The acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is not used to disguise compulsory service processing as optional consent.
6. Partner portal
Authorised Exclusivity Partners see only approved, in-scope, non-exempt accounts. Names and email addresses are masked before they reach the browser. Full values may be used in a restricted server-side search that returns only masked results. Partners may not use the portal for general marketing or export customer data.
7. Activation and licence requests
A partner may issue or assign an activation code and may manually activate an eligible pending licence where authorised. A partner cannot directly suspend or revoke a customer licence. It may submit a confidential request, which NetLabs administrators review before any action.
8. Continuing checks
Eligibility may be rechecked at the interval set for the affiliate. A temporary technical failure may receive a limited grace period based on the last trusted verification. Technical grace does not override an explicit ineligible, expired, revoked, fraud or manual-review outcome.
9. Consequences
If eligibility cannot be confirmed, expires or ends, TradeLink may remain pending or be suspended or revoked. This does not automatically cancel unrelated NetLabs services. Restoring payment does not override a manual, fraud, security or upheld partner revocation.
10. Retention and security
NetLabs uses masking, role restrictions, signed integrations, audit logs and confidential review fields. Eligibility and licence records are retained for the service lifecycle and as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal claims and audit. Further retention information is in the Privacy Policy.
11. Your choices and rights
You may decline the acknowledgement, but NetLabs cannot provide affiliate-restricted TradeLink without the necessary processing. You may request access, correction or a human review and may raise a privacy complaint. Withdrawal affects future TradeLink provision but does not require deletion of records that must be retained for legal, fraud, security or dispute purposes.
12. Questions and review
If you are unsure whether you are eligible, do not have an activation code or believe a result is wrong, email support@netlabs.club. See the Privacy Policy, Terms and Software Licence.
