This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how NetLabs.club collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you use our website, products, quizzes, forms, email links, member area and related services. NetLabs.club is based in England and this policy is written for visitors and customers in the United Kingdom and elsewhere.
NetLabs.club provides educational trading psychology and trading-tool content. We are not a financial adviser, broker, investment manager, prop firm or regulated investment service.
1. Who we are
For the purposes of this policy, the data controller is NetLabs.club. You can contact us about privacy matters at support@netlabs.club.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect different information depending on how you use the website.

4. Who we share data with
We only share personal data where necessary for the purposes above. This may include:
- Stripe, for checkout, subscriptions, billing and payment processing. We do not store full card details on NetLabs.club.
- Google, for Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA where these services are enabled.
- Email and SMTP providers, to send transactional emails, verification emails, result links and support messages.
- Website hosting, database, security and technical providers, to run and protect the website.
- Discord, where you choose to access our Discord community or enter a Discord-based prize draw.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement or other authorities, where legally required or necessary to protect our rights.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, provider compliance mechanisms, or other lawful transfer routes.
5. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, security, support, legal, tax and dispute purposes. As a guide:
- Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Quiz results remain available in your profile unless deleted or anonymised as part of account management or a valid data request.
- Public share pages remain available until you turn off sharing or we remove them.
- Audit request emails and lead records may be kept so we can respond, avoid duplicate handling and maintain business records.
- Security and technical logs are kept for a limited period unless needed for investigation or dispute handling.
6. Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or storage mechanisms used on your device. We use them for essential website functions and, where accepted, analytics.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website from working correctly.
7. Public result pages
If you choose to make your TPA result public, the public page is designed to be safe to share. It shows your first name, avatar, five dimension scores and radar chart. It does not show your email address, account details or individual quiz answers. You can turn off public sharing from your private results page.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal data. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.

9. Children
NetLabs.club is not intended for children. Our trading-related content, services, trials and prize-draw information are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy when our website, services, providers or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
