These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of NetLabs.club, including our website, member area, Trading Psychology Avatar quiz, educational content, tools, downloads, trials, forms, emails, public result pages and related services. By accessing or using NetLabs.club, creating an account, submitting a form, starting a trial, using a tool, downloading software, viewing a result page or participating in a NetLabs.club service, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational use only

NetLabs.club provides educational content, psychology frameworks, trading-related tools, simulations, quizzes and workflow utilities. They are designed to help users think about discipline, variance, risk tolerance, trading behaviour and trading operations. They are not a substitute for independent professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. You should not make any trading, investment, funding, subscription, broker, prop-firm, tax, legal or financial decision based on anything on NetLabs.club.

2. Trading and prop-firm risk

Trading is risky. You can lose money. Leverage, funded-account evaluations, prop-firm challenges, futures, forex, CFDs, crypto, equities and other financial products can involve rapid losses, fees, rule breaches, account closures and emotional pressure. Past performance, simulated results, example results, backtests, educational examples and user testimonials do not guarantee future results.

Any references to prop firms, funded accounts, brokers, account sizes, drawdown rules, payouts, challenge costs, prize draws or trading tools are for educational or operational context only. You must read and understand the rules, fees, restrictions and risks of any third-party provider before using it.

3. No guarantee of accuracy or results

We try to keep NetLabs.club useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website, tools, calculators, simulations, Trading Psychology Avatar results, audit feedback, examples, charts, emails, downloads, integrations or content are complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for your situation.

Tools such as simulations, variance grids, calculators and psychology quizzes are simplified educational models. They may contain bugs, rounding differences, wrong assumptions, incomplete data or unexpected behaviour. Do not rely on them for financial decisions.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, taking a quiz, submitting a form, starting a trial or using a member service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You must not share license keys, bypass access controls, abuse free trials, create duplicate accounts to avoid limits, scrape private areas, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use NetLabs.club in a way that harms the service or other users.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access if we believe there has been misuse, fraud, a security issue, non-payment, breach of these terms, or behaviour that creates risk for NetLabs.club or other users.

5. Tools, downloads and software

Any tools, scripts, downloads, software, member utilities or integrations are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You are responsible for testing any tool safely before using it in a live environment. You should use demo, simulated or low-risk environments first.

TradeLink and any other NetLabs.club tool does not guarantee profit, funding, rule compliance, payout approval, loss prevention, broker compatibility, prop-firm compatibility or uninterrupted operation. Third-party platforms may change their rules, APIs, behaviour, terms or availability at any time.

You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, modify, exploit or make derivative works from NetLabs.club tools except where we expressly allow it in writing.

6. Trading Psychology Avatar results and public sharing

Trading Psychology Avatar results are educational and reflective, not clinical, medical, psychological, financial or professional assessments. They should be used as a starting point for thinking about trading behaviour, risk tolerance and process design.

If you choose to make a TPA result public, your public page may show your first name, avatar, scores and radar chart. Do not make your result public unless you are comfortable sharing that information. We may remove public result pages at our discretion.

7. Free trading audit

A free trading audit is not financial advice and does not create an adviser-client relationship. We may accept, reject, delay or stop offering audits at any time. Any comments made during or after an audit are educational opinions based on the information you provide and may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances.

8. Trials, subscriptions, billing and refunds

Some NetLabs.club services may be free, trial-based, subscription-based, paid, promotional or invitation-only. Where checkout is provided through Stripe, Stripe processes payment details and we receive limited subscription and payment metadata needed to operate your access.

If you start a free trial, you are responsible for understanding when billing begins and for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged. Subscription access may continue until the end of the relevant billing period after cancellation unless otherwise stated.

Unless a specific written refund policy says otherwise, payments are not guaranteed to be refundable. We may refuse refunds where a product, license, digital access, trial or service has been used, activated, abused or provided as described.

9. Prize draws and promotions

Prize draws, giveaways and promotions may have separate rules, eligibility requirements, dates, restrictions and winner-selection procedures. If separate rules apply, they form part of these terms. We may cancel, amend, substitute or withdraw a promotion where necessary due to abuse, technical issues, legal reasons, third-party changes or circumstances outside our control.

10. Third-party services and links

NetLabs.club may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, Google, Discord, brokers, prop firms, trading platforms, email providers and analytics providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, terms, policies, fees, decisions, outages, losses or data handling. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content, branding, text, graphics, layouts, code, tools, software, quizzes, avatar names, frameworks, downloads and materials on NetLabs.club are owned by or licensed to NetLabs.club. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, republish, sell, redistribute, scrape, clone or commercially exploit them without written permission.

12. User content and submissions

If you submit quiz answers, audit forms, messages, Discord posts, support requests, feedback or other content, you confirm that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant NetLabs.club a non-exclusive right to use submitted content to provide the service, respond to you, operate the website, improve our products, enforce these terms and keep business records.

13. Prohibited use

You must not use NetLabs.club to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, harass others, attempt unauthorised access, exploit bugs, overload the website, bypass payment or licensing controls, misrepresent your identity, make fraudulent claims, or use the website in a way that could damage NetLabs.club, its users or third parties.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetLabs.club is not liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, account closures, prop-firm failures, payout refusals, platform issues, broker issues, subscription decisions, indirect losses, consequential losses or any decision you make based on the website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetLabs.club, its owners, operators, contractors, service providers and representatives from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the website, misuse of tools, infringement of rights, unlawful conduct, account activity, trading decisions, third-party disputes, or content you submit.

16. Changes to the website and terms

We may change, suspend, withdraw or discontinue any part of NetLabs.club at any time. We may also update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

17. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

18. No waiver

If we do not enforce a right or provision immediately, that does not mean we waive it. We may enforce any right later.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms, the website or NetLabs.club services, except where consumer law gives you mandatory rights in another jurisdiction.
